RFQ #SHARC-643 BEDDING & LINEN FOR RIVERSIDE SHERIFF’S OFFICE CORRECTIONS FACILITIES

The County of Riverside is seeking a qualified vendor to provide bedding and linen for the Riverside Sheriff's Office Corrections Facilities. The vendor will be required to provide product samples and meet the specifications outlined in Exhibit A. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The evaluation criteria will include lowest overall purchase price, adherence to specifications, prompt payment discounts, warranties, and delivery costs. • The County is looking for a vendor to provide various types of bedding and linen, including towels, sheets, pillowcases, wool blankets, and thermal blankets. • The vendor must provide product samples for all products being requested. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. • The evaluation criteria will include lowest overall purchase price, adherence to specifications, prompt payment discounts, warranties, and delivery costs. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality.
