Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking bids for a large refresh order of Dell equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The contract is limited to master contractors who have been awarded a contract under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. The successful bidder will be required to provide the requested equipment and support services, and must be authorized by the manufacturer or distributor to provide services. The evaluation criteria for the proposal include the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, statement of authorization, MSRP sheet, mercury affidavit, and price.

* Dell Pro 16 Plus laptops
* Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Smart Dock
* Dell UltraSharp 24 Monitors
* The contract requires delivery of the equipment to the Maryland Department of Information Technology
* The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid
* The contractor must be an authorized reseller for DELL
