The Alabama Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified contractor to provide quarterly preventive‑maintenance (PM) and inspection services for HVAC equipment at four DHR county offices (Calhoun, St. Clair, Jefferson‑Bessemer, and Shelby). The work is limited to inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, water‑treatment testing (where applicable), completion of required inspection forms, and issuance of repair quotes; no installation, repair, or replacement is included. Vendors must hold state HVAC, refrigeration, and gas‑fitter licenses, possess EPA Section 608 certification for all technicians, and submit detailed documentation (photos, signed forms, water‑treatment reports) for each visit. A mandatory site visit on May 4, 2026 is required for bid acceptance, and bids close on May 8, 2026.
• Quarterly on‑site inspections of boilers, chillers, air‑handlers, split‑systems, RTUs, and mini‑splits at each county location.
