Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, annually‑renewed uniform program for its various county departments. The vendor must supply a full line of work shirts, polos, denim, high‑visibility tees, pants, jackets, hats and caps, each customized with the county logo and permanent‑press care labels, and individually packaged with employee names. The contract requires the supplier to conduct at least two measurement/fitting sessions within ten business days of award, ship all items within 30 calendar days of order receipt, and adhere to strict packaging, labeling, and embroidery specifications. Late deliveries incur a 15 % penalty per item, and the contract may be extended up to four additional one‑year periods with possible CPI‑U price adjustments.
