Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for catering services for an event at the Wynnefield Library. The event is expected to have approximately 60 attendees and will take place on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, starting at 5:00 PM. The vendor must provide catering services, including delivery and setup of all food, and ensure that all food is hot and ready for service. The vendor is also responsible for providing all necessary service items, including plates, cups, eating and serving utensils, napkins, condiments, racks, and heating fuel. The menu requirements include fried chicken, string beans, baked macaroni and cheese, garden salad, and peach cobbler for dessert. Beverages must include bottled water, sweetened lemonade, and sweetened iced tea.
• The vendor must operate from licensed commercial facilities (no home preparation).
• The vendor is responsible for all setup, service items, and heating equipment/fuel.
• Quantities must accommodate the estimated attendance of 60 people.
• The seller is expected to comply with all specifications outlined in this document to be considered for the contract.
