Provision and Implementation of an Agenda Management Solution on a Multi-Year Contract

* The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking a cloud-based Agenda Management Solution to automate and streamline the process of creating, distributing, and managing meeting agendas. * The solution should include capabilities such as agenda creation, content and document management, search, automated workflows, dashboards, data analysis and reporting, meeting scheduling, voting and approvals, minute taking, and collaboration. * The solution must be compatible with the County's existing systems, including Microsoft Office 365, and must be accessible via desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. * The County is seeking a SaaS cloud-based solution that meets the functional requirements outlined in the RFP, with a preference for a solution that integrates with the County's official website. * The successful service provider will be required to provide maintenance, professional services, training, project management, implementation, and support for the solution. * Key evaluation criteria include responsiveness, experience and qualifications, solution description, and pricing. * The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
