EMERGENCY CONTINGENCY CONTRACT FOR CATERING DURING A DECLARED EMERGENC

The City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking a contractor to provide catering services for emergency responders during a declared emergency. The contractor will be required to provide four balanced meals per day, with two hot meals and two bag lunches. The meals should be prepared on-site at the staging area and should include a napkin and any other utensils or condiments necessary to eat the meal. The contractor should also indicate the name and phone number of their representative to be contacted during the declared emergency. • The contractor will be responsible for providing meals for emergency responders, including Emergency Medical Service Personnel, Homeland Security Personnel, Fire Department Personnel, and Baton Rouge City Police Personnel. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. • The contractor will be required to report any violations to the State and the Environmental Protection Agency Regional Office. • The contractor will be required to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $150,000 financed in whole or in part with federal assistance.
