Description
The Indian Health Service is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing preventive maintenance, repair services, and associated support for the EMS AirFlow Prophylaxis Master dental equipment. The prospective contractor would be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform specialized preventive maintenance and repair services. This requirement also includes the ability to provide a rental/loaner unit when the Government’s unit is undergoing service.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Annual preventive maintenance
• Rental or loaner unit fees
• Initial service/labor or diagnostic fee
• Repair parts necessary to restore equipment to full functionality
The anticipated requirement may include a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods.
