Description
California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) seeks a prime contractor to provide clean coveralls (cotton and fire‑retardant) and assorted shop‑supply items on a weekly rental basis to four locations within the San Benito‑Monterey Unit. The contractor must supply all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and related fees, maintain inventory, replace damaged items at no cost to CAL FIRE, and submit quarterly inventory reports. No subcontracting is allowed, and the contract is estimated to run from October 1 2026 through September 30 2029.
• Provide weekly rentals of coveralls, shop towels, utility towels, “shop coats,” and related accessories to four CAL FIRE sites.
• Deliver all items in good condition; replace any worn or damaged items at contractor’s expense.
• Submit a complete bid package (including rate sheet, certifications, and required attachments) by 5 p.m. PT on September 25 2026.
• Contract value is not disclosed; pricing is on a unit‑price basis multiplied by 156 weeks of service.
