Description
The Defense Health Agency seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive Hospital Communications Support Services for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. The effort includes graphic design, editorial review, print journalism, video production, public‑relations, and executive secretariat support, delivered as non‑personnel (output‑based) services under a firm‑fixed‑price BPA. The contract will run for a one‑year base period with two optional one‑year extensions, requiring a total of seven full‑time equivalents (2 Graphic Designers, 5 specialized staff) and strict reporting, staffing, and performance metrics.
