Description
The Hawaii Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is seeking a qualified Audio‑Visual (AV) contractor to provide all equipment, labor, technical support, and internet connectivity for approximately 12 hybrid or in‑person public meetings on Oahu each year. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, indefinite‑quantity award with a one‑year base term and an optional one‑year extension. Pricing must be submitted as fixed blocks (4‑hour or 8‑hour recordings or hybrid support) and will cover all costs, including setup, breakdown, travel, and incidentals. The contractor must also recommend suitable meeting venues throughout Honolulu County and update the list annually. No additional charges are permitted, and the award will go to the lowest evaluated responsive offer.
