1200 Jadwin Design-Build Owner's Representative

The City of Richland is seeking a consultant to serve as the owner's representative for the renovation of a police station at 1200 Jadwin Avenue. The consultant will be responsible for obtaining authority from the Washington Capital Project Advisory Review Board to utilize progressive design-build project delivery and for administering the project during design and construction. The project includes the renovation of a 117,000 square foot, six-story concrete structure with a partial basement and attached parking deck. The consultant should have experience with Washington State Capital Projects Advisory Review Board, alternative capital project delivery, and public capital project administration. • The project requires a consultant with experience in design-build project delivery and public capital project administration. • The consultant will be responsible for obtaining authority from the Washington Capital Project Advisory Review Board. • The project includes the renovation of a 117,000 square foot building. • The consultant should have experience with Tri-Cities, WA public capital projects. • The project requires a well-balanced team with a breadth of expertise and a mix of senior, mid-level, and junior staff.
