Purchase of Multiple X-Ray Scanners

The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking to purchase multiple X-ray scanners to replace existing legacy systems. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to furnish, deliver, install, configure, test, and provide training for X-ray screening systems at multiple GPO locations. The scope includes removal and proper disposal of existing X-ray equipment, delivery and installation of new X-ray systems, system configuration and calibration, integration of all required components and accessories, operational testing and certification, on-site user training, and provision of documentation, warranties, and support plans. • The X-ray systems must meet or exceed technical requirements, including a minimum of 20-30 mm steel penetration capability, 100% duty cycle, safety interlocks, and high-resolution imaging with threat detection capability. • The contractor must provide manufacturer-supported software and firmware, operator documentation, and training materials. • The contractor must demonstrate an understanding of installation, testing, calibration, and training requirements. • The contractor must provide warranty and support information, including manufacturer warranty, preventive maintenance services, replacement parts, and technical support. • The contractor must provide pricing for all required systems, including equipment, delivery, installation, training, and warranty and support.
