Professional Audio and Visual Equipment for the New College of Education Building

Fayetteville State University is seeking a vendor to provide and install audio-visual equipment for the new College of Education facility. The facility will feature classrooms, meeting rooms, offices, and tutoring labs, and the technology within these spaces will support both in-person and virtual instruction. The vendor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to deliver a complete and fully functional audio-visual system. The scope of work includes procurement and installation of AV equipment, logistics and delivery, installation and integration, and system verification and training. • The facility will have 14 standard classrooms, 2 large classrooms, 1 courtroom, 1 receptionist room, 6 conference rooms, and 11 corridor/lobby spaces. • The vendor must meet or exceed the listed specifications, which include display monitors, mounting brackets, cabling, wiring, smart classroom technology, and conference and meeting room AV systems. • The vendor will be required to designate a contract manager and customer service point of contact. • The contract will have a term of one year, with the option for renewal.
