Automatic Doors - Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair

The United States Air Force is seeking information from contractors for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of automatic doors at Beale AFB, CA. The contractor will be required to perform quarterly maintenance and repairs to ensure continuous and safe operation of the doors. The work will include cleaning mechanisms, lubricating, adjusting door alignment, and replacing small parts. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency repair services within 2 hours of notification. The contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. • The contractor will be required to perform quarterly inspections and maintenance. • The contractor will be required to provide emergency repair services. • The contractor will be required to provide a capabilities statement and past performance indicators. • The contractor will be required to follow all applicable safety standards and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a Material Safety Data Sheet for any hazardous materials used.
