The Alabama Department of Health and Rehabilitation (DHR) is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to perform a one‑time preventive‑maintenance (PM) visit at four county facilities (Calhoun, St. Clair, Jefferson, and Shelby) between July 1 2026 and September 30 2026. The scope includes filter replacement, coil cleaning, system checks, water‑treatment where applicable, completion of mandated inspection forms, and documentation of any minor repairs. All work must be performed by appointment, with full reporting (photos, signed forms) on the day of service; any repairs identified require separate PO approval and must be completed by the September 30 2026 deadline. The contract is limited to maintenance and minor repair activities; no new equipment installation is permitted.
