Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting firm fixed-priced offers for the relocation of the Boston Scientific LS Pro system from the Portland VA Medical Center's Operating Room 42 to the Electrophysiology Lab. The contractor will be required to perform a site survey, de-install, move, and reinstall the system, including providing new OEM parts, cables, labor, and supervision. The contractor must also provide a full system functional test and ensure the system meets the OEM's operational metrics. The period of performance will be 12 months from the date of award.
