Mahany Fitness Center Water Source Heat Pumps Replacement

The City of Roseville is seeking a contractor to replace eleven water source heat pumps at the Mahany Fitness Center. The project includes design, demolition, installation, integration with existing systems, testing, commissioning, and turnover. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permits, coordination, and supervision necessary for a complete and operational system. The facility will remain occupied during construction, and the contractor shall coordinate all work to minimize disruptions. Key aspects of the project include: • Furnish and install eleven Bosch (or city-approved alternate) water source heat pumps • Replace associated mechanical, electrical, and control components • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes • Deliver a fully operational system integrated with the existing Building Automation System (BAS) • Provide training, documentation, and post-installation support The city requires all corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships to be registered to do business in the State of California. Proposers must be registered with the Secretary of State or have a valid exemption by the time of award.
