Texas Southern University is seeking a vendor to provide promotional items, including but not limited to pens, pencils, cup holders, coffee mugs, key chains, badge holders, tote bags, note pads, tee shirts, caps, koozies, lanyards, apparel, embroidery, screen printing, awards, and trophies. The ideal vendor will be a full-line promotional product supplier and will be able to supply a variety of promotional items. The vendor will be required to provide a catalog with product descriptions, catalog numbers, unit prices, packaging, and manufacturer information. The university is looking for a discount off the vendor's product catalog, and the vendor will be required to notify the university of any changes to the catalog.
• The promotional items will be used for parent/student functions, employee fairs, and other school advertising functions.
• The vendor will be required to provide a list of discounts from catalog pricing.
• The vendor will have the freedom to explain their pricing structure as they see fit.
• The university is looking for a vendor that can provide aggressive pricing, as pricing is a major factor in the selection process.
• The vendor will be required to provide information on rush orders, including added costs and delivery times.
