The State of North Dakota is seeking a qualified courier service to provide statewide pickup and same‑day delivery of specimens, packages, and other items for multiple state agencies, correctional facilities, and health‑care laboratories. The contractor must use NDDHHS‑provided specimen containers, operate Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00 CT, and meet specific turnaround and security requirements. The contract runs from early October 2026 through September 30, 2028, with optional extensions.
• Covers >30 pickup and delivery locations across the state, including Bismarck, Fargo, Grand Forks, and rural facilities.
