Encelium Software Support

The Horry County Schools are seeking a vendor to provide software support for the Encelium Lighting Control System at six locations. The successful vendor will be required to provide priority level telephone support, software updates and upgrades, factory-trained service technicians, and on-site system visits. The contract will be for a period of 12 months. The vendor must provide a quote that includes all necessary services and support. Key considerations for the vendor include providing customized training and troubleshooting, remote system diagnostic inspection, system configuration modifications, and general system management. The vendor must also ensure that all work is performed in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, and ordinances. Some key requirements include: * Providing software and hardware support for the Encelium Lighting Control System * Providing priority level telephone support with a maximum 4-hour response time during business hours * Providing software updates and upgrades * Providing factory-trained service technicians * Providing on-site system visits, including testing, adjustments, repairs, training, system optimization, and troubleshooting * Ensuring all work is performed in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, and ordinances
