Description
The City of Watsonville is seeking qualified firms to provide on‑call instrumentation and control (I&C) services—including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, system clean‑up, field modifications, instrumentation troubleshooting, documentation, and larger‑scale control system design—for its water, wastewater, recycled‑water, and solid‑waste facilities. Services will be issued on a task‑order basis, with expectations for rapid response (24‑hour turnaround for urgent work and 24/7 emergency support). The contract term is anticipated to be three years with optional extensions. Firms must demonstrate experience with municipal utility control systems, possess California civil engineering licensure (if engineering services are offered), and accept the City’s standard consultant agreement and insurance requirements.
