Access-On-Demand (AoD) Services

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-demand alternative transportation solutions for RTD paratransit customers. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing Access-On-Demand (AoD) services, which include transporting paratransit customers in a safe and efficient manner. The vendor will be required to have anti-discrimination policies, an ADA-compliant service animal policy, and a no-smoking policy. The contract will be for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. • The vendor will be responsible for providing AoD services to paratransit customers. • The vendor will be required to have a fleet of vehicles that are accessible to customers with disabilities. • The vendor will be responsible for training its drivers on the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). • The vendor will be required to have a system in place for tracking and reporting customer complaints. • The vendor will be responsible for providing customer service to paratransit customers.
