OEM Parts, Repairs and Services for TORO Equipment

The City of Sacramento is soliciting bids to find a contractor to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and repair services for TORO equipment on an as-needed basis. The contract will be utilized by the City’s Fleet Department. The contractor will be required to provide expedited repair services as needed and maintain adequate parts inventory and provide a 12-month labor warranty for all repair services. Key responsibilities include: • Providing OEM parts and repair services for TORO equipment • Maintaining an adequate parts inventory • Providing a 12-month labor warranty for all repair services • Allowing authorized representatives of the City to inspect their facility • Providing written estimates for repairs and obtaining approval before starting work • Ensuring all work is inspected by a representative of the City for proper completion
