Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5 (NCO 5) is seeking responses from entities interested in providing maintenance, repair, replacement, and demolition of plumbing, HVAC-R, mechanical, electrical, and control systems at various Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS) managed facilities. The contractor will be required to hold current plumbing and HVAC-R contractor licenses in Maryland and provide all necessary personnel, supervision, material, equipment, and services to perform the tasks.
• The scope of work includes plumbing and pipe systems, HVAC-R systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
• The contractor will be required to warranty all materials, equipment, software, and labor for one year.
• The contract period will be one year with four one-year options, with a total contract capacity of $9,000,000.
• Task orders will be based on individual projects, with most task orders awarded between $10,001 and $100,000.
