Cleaning Services for Residence Halls & Apartments

Texas Woman’s University is seeking competitive responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for cleaning services for residence halls and apartments. The university is looking for a proposer to provide cleaning services for its residence halls and apartments, including cleaning of furniture, bathrooms, and entire residence/apartment units. The contract is expected to begin on the date of the last signature and expire two years from that date, with the option to renew for up to two one-year renewal terms. The proposer must be able to work weekends and be available in May, June, August, and December as needed. Some key requirements include: • Mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting on April 27, 2026 • Damages: the contractor shall be held responsible for any damage to areas while working • Equipment and supplies: all necessary equipment and supplies shall be provided by the contractor • Availability: the contractor must be able to work weekends and be available in May, June, August, and December as needed
