Air Ambulance

The U.S. Government is seeking sources to provide air ambulance services at Fort Riley, Kansas. The contractor must be able to provide rotary wing services, fully trained medical flight crews, medical equipment, and supplies to perform air evacuation services. The services will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the ability to be on site within 30 minutes of notice. The contractor must also have an authorized representative accessible at all times to act on behalf of the contractor. • The contractor must provide all necessary resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), to perform air evacuation services. • The contractor must have direct communications with Irwin Army Community Hospital (IACH) to determine available resources and ability to receive patients. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and Fort Riley's laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance prior to beginning services. • The contractor must ensure all personnel are certified to perform duties as required by Federal and State laws.
