Description
The City of Lawrence is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Custodial Cleaning Services at the Lawrence Police Department for a three-year contract term. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible proposer offering the most advantageous proposal. The services required include cleaning and janitorial services.
• The proposal must be submitted on or before 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
• A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 and Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
• The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
• The contract term is for three years.
