Description
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking a vendor to transform its service delivery for digital modernization, leveraging ServiceNow. The vendor will also implement software and hardware asset management. This is a firm fixed price contract, funded by capital funds. The scope of work includes several tasks:
• Task 1: Project Management
• Task 2: Assessment of the current ServiceNow platform
• Task 3: Migration of the HelpDesk from CA Service Desk to ServiceNow
• Task 4: Streamlined OnBoarding and OffBoarding
• Task 5: Implementation of Software Asset Management (SAM)
• Task 6: Hardware Asset Management
• Task 7: Configuration Management
• Task 8: Enhanced Self-Service Capabilities
• Task 9: Steady State and Transition to O&M
