Device Service Plan - Ithaca NY

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide a device service plan for a Waters Corporation Acquity H-class UPLC Liquid Chromotograph-Mass Spectrometer System located in Ithaca, NY. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed price purchase order with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, for a total duration of five years. The contractor will be required to provide service delivery within the period of performance dates stated in Attachment 3 Schedule and Transmittal Summary. The USDA requires F.O.B. destination, and all quotations will be considered F.O.B. Destination unless F.O.B. origin is specified and estimated shipping costs are included. • The device service plan must be for a Waters Corporation Acquity H-class UPLC Liquid Chromotograph-Mass Spectrometer System. • The contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order. • The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. • The total duration of the contract will not exceed five years. • The contractor must provide service delivery within the period of performance dates stated in Attachment 3 Schedule and Transmittal Summary. • The USDA requires F.O.B. destination.
