The City of Columbus is seeking a qualified equipment rental vendor to provide a 30‑33 ft electric articulating boom lift and two gas/L.P. warehouse forklifts for the 2026 Jazz & Rib Fest at Bicentennial Park. The scope includes delivery of the equipment with a full fuel tank, removal after the event, and coordination of logistics with city staff one month in advance. Vendors must supply proof of workers’ compensation and general liability insurance and maintain a point‑of‑contact throughout the rental week.
• Equipment needed: 1 electric articulating boom lift (30‑33 ft) and 2 warehouse forklifts (up to 4 tons, 6‑ft forks).
• Delivery window: July 21, 2026 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.; pickup window: July 28, 2026 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. at Bicentennial Park.
