Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources to provide an online interactive screening program. The program should be able to assess symptoms of depression, PTSD, and other mental health problems, and provide personalized responses to users. The contractor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the online assessment tool, as well as providing ongoing technical support and assistance. The period of performance will be for one base year with four 12-month option periods.
• The online assessment tool should be evidence-based and include symptoms of depression, PTSD, and other mental health problems.
• The tool should be accessible from a smartphone or other mobile device and include a separate version for family members and advocates.
• The contractor will be responsible for collecting and evaluating quantitative data, as well as providing reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative and the Quality Assurance Officer.
• The contractor will also be responsible for participating in quarterly conference calls and face-to-face meetings as agreed upon.
