Description
The Maryland Department of Veterans and Military Families is seeking a licensed HVAC contractor to install a new Energy Star Certified light commercial HVAC system and a 5 Ton Heat Pump system at the Eastern Shore State Veterans Cemetery. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to ensure the satisfactory selection, delivery, installation, and performance of the HVAC system. The contractor must have at least three years of experience in providing satisfactory HVAC services and must provide references and documentation to support their qualifications. The project duration is expected to be six months, and the contractor will be required to provide a warranty for the equipment and labor.
