Construction Inspection, Engineering & Administrative Services

Howard County, Maryland is seeking an on‑call consultant (or consultants) to provide construction‑inspection, engineering, and administrative services on an as‑needed basis for a variety of capital, developer, and right‑of‑way projects. The contract will be a one‑year term beginning approximately February 1 2027, with up to five optional one‑year renewals. Work includes field inspections, material testing, as‑built documentation, construction‑management support, permit processing, and related technical services across water & sewer, storm‑water, roads, bridges, parks, and other infrastructure. Qualified firms must field a team meeting NICET (or equivalent) certifications, provide all necessary equipment, maintain required insurance, and comply with living‑wage and EBO subcontracting goals.
