Description
The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance for its HVAC water‑treatment system. The scope covers routine inspections, chemical dosing, equipment servicing, water analysis, corrosion monitoring, and emergency response over a base year with up to four optional one‑year extensions. All logistics, customs, shipping, labor, chemicals, tools, testing kits, and associated management support are included. The contractor must use accredited laboratories for physicochemical analysis, maintain required liability and DBA insurance, and submit fixed‑price quotes in USD or Quetzales.
