Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure HVAC Replacement services on a full and open competitive basis. The project involves replacing the existing HVAC system. The contractor shall begin performance within 7 calendar days of award and complete the work within 100 calendar days. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a separate quote with item/service cost breakdown.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor standards and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the work performed.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
