Sole Source - ICON Technologies for sales, start-up & service/repair of Yaskawa Variable Frequency Drives

The City of Fort Myers is seeking to award a sole source designation for the supply of Yaskawa Variable Frequency Drives. The city intends to negotiate and award the contract with ICON Technologies, which has been identified as the exclusive source for this product/service. Other suppliers who believe they can provide the same type of product/service are encouraged to submit product information, statement of qualifications, and/or capabilities for consideration. The product or service required includes sales, start-up, and service/repair of Yaskawa Variable Frequency Drives. * The city is utilizing the NO VALUE Procurement method to contract with ICON Technologies. * The proposed action is under the authority of and in accordance with Florida State Statute 287.057(3)(c). * The posting will remain active for fifteen calendar days, and the Purchasing Agent must be notified by email within this period. * The city is seeking a sole source designation, and other suppliers have the opportunity to provide information to be considered for the contract.
