The City of Laredo is seeking a vendor to provide an Integrated Event Management Technology Platform for the Port of Laredo. The solution must support registration, ticketing, mobile app/attendee portal, sponsor and exhibitor management, lead retrieval, badge/check‑in, data migration, training, and ongoing support. Proposals are evaluated on functional compliance, cost certainty, implementation readiness, and relevant experience. The contract is an annual service agreement with a one‑year base term and up‑to‑two optional extensions, subject to budget availability.
