Description
The VA Portland Healthcare System requires a full-service reference laboratory to provide specialized testing, interpretation, and other services. The laboratory will provide patient specimen testing, reporting of analytical test results, and consultative services. The contract will be for a base period plus four option years. The VA Facilities will be responsible for specimen collection and preparation.

• Courier services
• System interfaced lab result reporting services
• Verification of certification for test results
