Garage Door Maintenance and Repair at American Lake VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs, American Lake VA Medical Center requires Garage Door Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement services. The contractor shall perform maintenance and minor repairs, including rollers, hinges, springs, lubrication, and calibration, on existing doors. The contractor will also replace two doors with new ones that meet the salient characteristics and technical specifications. The doors must have UL 325 compliant entrapment protection using monitored photo eyes or edge sensors.
