Description
The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a three-year contract to furnish labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform repairs and maintenance to various detention equipment located in the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center. The contract will require the successful bidder to provide a workforce and the necessary equipment and tools to respond to multiple facilities simultaneously, with a response time of 48 hours for non-emergency calls and 24 hours for emergency calls. The bidder must also obtain any permits required by the Jefferson Parish Department of Inspection and Code Enforcement and pay for these permits. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, taking into consideration conformity with the specifications and delivery and/or completion date.
