Williamson County Overhead Doors Preventative Maintenance, and Repair Services, as needed

The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court is seeking responses for overhead doors preventative maintenance and repair services. The contract will be for the provision of overhead doors systems, rolling doors, electronic gates, etc., inspection, maintenance, and repairs services as needed. A non-mandatory pre-solicitation conference will be held on August 27, 2026. Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud on September 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. • The contract may require a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total contract price for contracts exceeding $100,000.00. • The method of payment will be by check or electronic funds transfer. • The county reserves the right to accept the best value response or reject any and/or all responses. • The solicitation documents can be viewed on the Williamson County Euna (Formerly Bonfire) Portal or the Williamson County Purchasing website.
