Utility Rebate Management System

The City of Roseville is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a turnkey rebate, equipment tracking, workflow management, and reporting system for Roseville Electric Utility and Environmental Utilities. The system must support similar functionality to the current cloud-hosted system built on Salesforce CRM, while improving reporting, customer/contractor access, and staff workflow. The system will be used to manage applications, approvals, and payments for various utility programs, including demand side management and distributed energy resource programs. Some key features required include rebate processing and workflow automation, customer and user management, integration and data management, security and compliance, and reporting functionality. • The system must be able to handle multiple programs and measures, including residential and commercial energy efficiency programs, electric vehicle programs, and water conservation programs. • The system must be able to track and report on program savings and expenditures. • The system must be able to integrate with the City's existing systems, including the Harris Customer Information System. • The system must be able to provide automated email notifications and reporting. • The system must be able to handle online customer and contractor applications, and provide a user-friendly interface for customers and contractors to initiate and track their projects.
