Description
This solicitation invites qualified vendors to submit sealed proposals to provide a broad range of athletic products—including equipment, consumable supplies, team uniforms, apparel, and footwear—to the member agencies of E&I Cooperative Services. Proposals must be submitted electronically through E&I’s Electronic Sourcing Solution portal by the specified deadline, and all submissions will be treated as confidential until the opening time. The award will be based on price and other evaluation criteria set forth in the full RFP, with E&I reserving the right to reject any or all proposals or waive requirements.
