Description
Summit County, Colorado is seeking a cloud‑based, multi‑tenant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software subscription that will replace its legacy finance, procurement, HR, and payroll systems. The contract is a five‑year software subscription with no implementation services included; the county will procure implementation separately. The solution must meet strict security, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 A/AA), and uptime (≥ 99.5 %) requirements, support SAML/OIDC single sign‑on, MFA, and provide extensive APIs for integration with existing county systems. Vendors must submit a detailed Software Requirements Specification Spreadsheet (SRSS) with pricing, accessibility documentation, SOC 1 II/SOC 2 II audit reports, and three government references.

• Subscription begins Oct 1 2026; the county expects a rollout through Dec 2027 with a gated go‑live based on readiness.
