Bryte Park Master Plan Implementation - Construction Management & Inspection Services

The City of West Sacramento is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide Construction Management & Inspection Services for the Bryte Park Master Plan Implementation Project. The selected consultant will act as an extension of City staff, working closely with and reporting to the City's assigned Project Manager. The consultant will provide day-to-day management, documentation, coordination, and inspection services throughout the construction of the project. The project includes various elements such as on-site parking, softball and baseball fields, soccer fields, fully fenced dog parks, walking paths, outdoor fitness area, site signage, splash park, and more. • The project is expected to be completed within 7 years. • The consultant will be responsible for conducting constructability reviews, setting up project manuals, administering pre-construction meetings, and more. • The consultant will also be responsible for managing the project schedule and budget, coordinating with contractors and design consultants, and ensuring compliance with all project grant requirements. • The City is looking for a consultant with proven experience in providing Construction Management and Inspection Services for complex public recreation projects, including aquatic facilities, sports complexes, synthetic turf fields, and natural grass fields. • The consultant should have a strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. • The consultant should also have excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with City staff, contractors, and design consultants.
