Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking to acquire software maintenance, technical support services, and cyber security maintenance for the Lab Management System (LMS) and all associated software packaged to operate with or in support of the product known to the government as DOFEMS. The contract will ensure system reliability, data integrity, cybersecurity compliance, and uninterrupted lab operations. The key aspects of the job include:
• Providing software maintenance and technical support services for the DOFEMS system
• Ensuring cybersecurity compliance and maintaining operational readiness
• Supporting the Lab Management System (LMS) and all associated software
• Maintaining web services between the government's Spectacle Request Transmission System (SRTS) order entry system
The Government intends to process this procurement under FAR Part 12 procedures and to ultimately award a firm fixed priced (FFP) purchase order on a sole-source basis to Optical Lab Software Solutions, INC.
