Sources Sought: HVAC Preventative Maintenance at Ft. Yates, ND and Wakpala, SD

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking sources for comprehensive preventative maintenance for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at the Standing Rock IHS Hospital in Fort Yates, North Dakota, and the Youth Regional Treatment Center (YRTC) in Wakpala, South Dakota. The primary objective of this project is to provide preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to assure operational reliability. The contractor will be required to perform various tasks, including operational checks, filter changes, comprehensive maintenance, coil cleaning, and emergency services. The contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order, and the Government will pay the Contractor a fixed price in arrears. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems at multiple locations • Performing tasks such as operational checks, filter changes, and coil cleaning • Providing emergency services to troubleshoot and diagnose failed equipment • Responding to emergency calls within 4 hours • Replacing equipment that needs to be replaced due to life expectancy or obsolescence • Registering with the IRS Invoice Processing Platform (IPP.gov) at the time of award
