Idaho Crisis and Suicide Hotline Services

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Division of Behavioral Health is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to collect data on vendors capable of delivering a statewide, 24/7/365 crisis and suicide hotline for Idaho residents. The RFI seeks detailed vendor information—including staffing models, technology platforms, experience with the national 988 Lifeline, cost estimates, and implementation plans—to shape a future procurement.
