Description
The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi requires services from a competent contractor to maintain Chiller equipment in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for scheduled annual maintenance services paid at the annual rate. The contract will be for a one-year period, with four one-year optional periods of performance. The contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, consumable parts, supplies, and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and adjustment as required to maintain the Chiller equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing scheduled preventive maintenance services for Chiller equipment
• Maintaining a supply of expendable and common parts on site
• Providing trained technicians to perform services at frequencies stated in the contract
• Submitting a formal service report including laboratory test results within 15 calendar days after completion of each maintenance service
• Ensuring all personnel working in the vicinity wear appropriate safety protection while work is performed
